Great option for anyone who suffers from slippy hands while practising yoga, particularly in the downward dog pose. A tiny amount lasts a full session - and much cheaper from Go Outdoors than the specialist yoga websites.

Better quality, economical, i can complete 13 meter leading route with 2 layers of the chalk without using power chalk again..
Perfect for powerlifting... less messy than powder. If ur doing long sets, e.g. German Volume Training, you might want to keep powder handy as an uber quick top up.
