Bought last year, was in use for about 4 months, had to repair a long 18" split,
This year after 5 weeks the cover has split again in a different place, and is now a right off. Just out of warrenty.

Go Outdoors need to re-iterate Coleman's dictate that this is only suitable for occasional use, & shouldn't be used for longer term use. The flysheet and guys don't last five minutes. Waste of money.

It does the job . It's big sturdy and keeps you sheltered well.

Not that great

Just got back from Wales camping break. This tent allowed us to socially distance with family in all weathers. It held up excellently in heavy rain and wind and was our main shelter.Would recommend.

Great event shelter, however that is it's limit. If you leave it out for any length of time weather takes it's toll very quickly. The material becomes very prone to tearing and the guide ropes snap.

Great at first but didn’t last long at all. The straps holding the roof material to the feet disintegrated and the stitching ripped, just with normal use. Then it got completely destroyed by some fairly minor wind, despite all tethers being used and some longer pegs I bought separately. £170 in the bin about 3 months after buying - will never waste my hard earned on Coleman again

I got this to replace a permanent Gazebo that collapsed when the roof couldn't take the amount of rain dropped on it. So I got the 14 x 14 Pro shelter. Firstly perhaps I should have measured, this is huge, it fits my garden but is bigger than i thought.
Instructions are not too clear, as if as a man I would read such a thing. I made up some string exactly 14 ft long to get the feet set at the right distance. set it all up including two sides. brilliant, then I found the tapes that are supposed to go around the bottom of the feet and diagonally across the shelter to line everything up. Like I said the instruction were not clear and the picture showed some lines but didn't specify they were in the bag and could be used to set the feet up.
So its been up for a couple of weeks now, we sit in the garden a lot and eat out there so it does stay up. when we expect some wind i open the sides halfway down to allow the wind to blow through. I have not seen it moving in the wind. I have two rock pegs in each foot and the guy cords are secured to the tent pegs supplied with it, they have not moved.
Recommend this I do.

Thought this was great which it was for the first couple of uses. However, the velcro straps which hold the awning to the poles soon broke their stitching and the straps that holds the awning to the feet have disintegrated completely. You can't contact Coleman to complain and Go Outdoors want me to do a 100+ mile round trip to my nearest store! For a 'Pro' item it is severely lacking in quality. Big thumbs down to Coleman and Go Outdoors

Poles bent at the first sign of a gust - very dissapointed - so much for tough steel poles!
Buy something else

Fantastic shelter and has been amazing, family love it and really easy to put up and take down. Got all the side panels when we got it which makes this into a great tent. Had to re-attach a couple of the securing hooks but nothing major. Well recommend this

Great product, goes up very easily and offers protection from the weather come rain or shine. Plenty of space for an event.

I bought this shelter as a drive away awning for my camper van with 2 sides and a door. It’s geometric dome design means it’s practical against the elements and it works well as an awning albeit about a foot to dash to get undercover. The build quality seems good and strong and should be a good investment for our festivals and camping trips for years to come. Get one, you won’t regret it.

Great piece of kit. It made all the difference to our last camping trip. It kept the rain off & gave us shade. Highly recommended.

I'd been looking at these for a while and decided to purchase during a sale. Very happy with it and glad I bought it. Was the central hub for our recent camping trip, great size and great quality. Easy enough to put up with two of you after a practice. Very quick delivery. Large and heavy when it's bagged up.

Protects both humans and pets from the sun and wind/rain.

Side panels are useful protection from weather and adding privacy.

Easy to put up and take down. Great product and an even better price.

Bought this along with 3 side curtains to use as extra awning for camping. Very pleased - easily erected with 2 and dismantled by 1. Strong poles and looks sturdy when erected. Is a bit heavy when packed up in bag (heavier than our tent). Looking forward to trying it out on next camping holiday
