Head of mallet keeps swivelling round. Not fit for purpose. I’m proposing to return it.

I bought this mallet after aggressively swinging by wooden handles one which snapped then after a raft of 4 letter words were thrown at the stump I decided I needed a new one. So off to GO I went, started looking at fat wheeled bikes! Don’t know why,
then got to the camping section and there it was a metal handled mallet for 2 quid! Gotta have that I thought. Sold got my NHS discount as well, then got home with my new mallet to which my wife replied don’t know why you bought that our son found one at boardmasters........... since then the mallet is in the garage waiting for that time when it can be swung!
Absolutely useless, bent first use! The ground wasn't even all that hard. Was totally stuck getting our tent up, luckily someone there lent us theirs.

Rubber mallet for hammering tent pegs works great. Pegs go in easy. Hammer is a good weight.

Look at the price! It does the job and it is ridiculously cheap. Sure it could be a little larger but then it would probably cost more and it would definitely take up more space.

After hitting the second peg in it started chucking bits off then the head started swivelling on the handle, I would not recommend.
