Whether you're belaying and safeguarding another climber, or attaching yourself to a rope, Black Diamond's Hotforge Hybrid Quickpack 12Cm isn't called the Hybrid for nothing - it can fulfil a variety of functions in both sport and trad climbing. This quickdraw includes two different carabiners for added versatility. The top one is the Keylock HotForge model for ease of use, and the bottom one is the Hotwirewiregate model.
Both carabiners are attached with an 18mm Express sling. The Straitjacket system on this sling holds the bottom carabiner in position.
The Hotforge Hybrid Quickdraw is perfect if you're looking for a versatile quickdraw that can be clipped onto the loops on the side of your rucksack.
